Highschool principal fired from Job after appearing in Trey Songz video
Esther Adler-O’Keefe, assistant principal at Southampton High School in New York state, was removed from her position due to her appearance in J.R. and Trey Songz’s “Best Friend” video. Adler-O’Keefe played the role of the homeowner who goes on vacation and leaves her home in the care of J.R., who throws a wild party full of twerking girls, booze and smoking. The former assistant principal later claimed that she never would have done the video if she knew the full content. Adler-O’Keefe told website 27 East, “Speaking as a private individual and not in my professional capacity, I wish to state for the record that, when I agreed to participate, I was completely unaware of the content, lyrics, and title of the video and song. Had I known of such content or lyrics, I certainly would not have participated in any fashion.
